ENROLLMENT PROCESS
These steps outline moving forward with enrollment process
Step 1
Complete the registration form below for the correct site. Or print a hard copy below and visit us.
Step 2
After submitting you will receive a confirmation email from us in 1-3 days about your child's first day at the program.
Step 3
Mail in the registration fee or wait for an email from Quickbooks within 1-7 days. Make payments for the selected program one month before the starting date.

Get your kids registered for all or one of these Release Days! Full day and morning camps in a warm, safe and welcoming community for Spanish and non Spanish speaking kiddos.
2026 – 27 Release Day Dates:
Sept 21st / Nov 3rd / Nov 13 / Jan 29th / Feb 12th / March 10th
BLC follows MPS’ calendar and is closed on their no school days unless indicated above.
